Marketing Secrets for Seals, Rubber, Gaskets, and Machine Parts
B2B Products are a huge market. There's very little competition compared to B2C markets. Especially when you look at Google Adwords or Search Marketing, the cost to advertise machine parts and replacement parts is much lower than retail items.
Take for instance seals, gaskets, and replacement parts manufactured in Asia.
In Facebook, you have precise demographics for placing advertisements to target Factory Operations Managers and COOs. In Google, you can place Google Adwords ads that target precise keywords that B2B buyers would search for. So reaching buyers is simple.
The problem is that as an advertising agency, finding these types of niche clients is not. But there's a way. Industrial trade shows and fairs. If you attend machine and automation trade shows, it's very simple to meet dozens of different types of businesses. There are manufacturers of very expensive factory parts and OEM dealers for every industry.
The main industries you'll find include:
What Industries Have the Cheapest CPC?
1. Engineering
2. Packaging
3. Material Handling
4. Logistics
5. Plastics
6. Fabrication
If you want to be over efficient, you don't even have to go to an expo. You can just download their exhibitor list. After doing a little bit of research, you'll find plenty of clients.

Digital Transformation with Analytics, Visualization, Forecasting, Optimization, and Automation
When you run a 500 employee company, you're literally stuck between a rock and a hard place. The back office legacy systems and contracts you are bound by are just as expensive and difficult to use as those used by multinational conglomerates. But the agile software startups are using are much more powerful and cost a fraction of what your systems cost.
This is absolutely true for marketing automation and sales CRM. Using Tweetdeck and Hootsuite just won't cut it.
When the internet was young, it was a free for all. Now, leaders are clearly appearing and they all have cloud enabled collaboration, management, optimization, analytics, and automation systems.
Most mid sized companies not only lack a data visualization system, they don't even have an enterprise content management or ECM system. Think about what that means.
In your company, each role, each person has mountains of data they are collecting and generating. You have no way of visualizing and understanding what their opportunities are.
2. You can identify the most repetitive tasks each role spends time resolving.
3. You can see what the most common requests from your customers are.
4. You can see what redundancies there are between departments and roles.
5. You can optimize processes and truncate workload with WLA.
You would basically have a lean startup at the heart of your legacy organization. That will enable you to reassign the bulk of your staff to more creative and innovative tasks. How liberating would that be?

Advertising Secrets: Print Shop vs Facebook Ads
Direct Mail is cheaper then most clicks from Facebook Advertising. It's a fact. But that's not where the real value lies. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp, and other advertising might only cost you $0.35 cents a click but 99% of those clicks will be accidental or competitors causing fraudulent clicking. So that makes the actual cost per click or CPC $35! If you need 200 clicks for one conversion, your total cost per conversion is $7000!
Does that make any sense at all?
Printed collateral is very different. If you publish trade reference materials, evergreen references like industry codes, websites, shortcuts to apps and programs, or anything that we use often enough to keep looking up in Google, you've earned a permanent spot on a desktop. You might even get wall placement.
Think about what that means.
You'll be visible to everybody in the office and they will all see your branding and contact for months after months.
That's extremely powerful remarketing with printing.

How Do I Get Customer With Printing?
Glad you asked. The main difference between printing with a pro print shop vs advertising on a social network is recurring value. The timelines in Social Media Marketing move so fast, you may as well be advertising in a flash flood during a tsunami. Nobody will remember you.Printed collateral is very different. Silent Generator Rental Paris Milan Barcelona Amsterdam Berlin
The bar for viral content is higher than it's ever been. When Youtube first came out, a simple camcorder video of the History of Dance was enough to earn you millions of views and world wide fame. Now, to get your marketing message to generate millions of impressions, you have to have a full scale video production team.
So when you take your ad agency and staff on-location to shoot, you'll need rental equipment. Lugging all the Sony or Red cameras, lights, speakers, scissor lifts, truss, silent mobile generators, lenses, and more is just impractical. That's why most companies rent from http://otradeshow.com
Selecting a hardware rental partner will save you time, get you access to the most high tech hardware, and give you extended professional network support. Think about it. When you work with a company that has worked with hundreds of film production crews from around the world, they become your new network extender.
Leverage them for creative, technical, production and logistical support. They can even find you fixers to scout locations for your Adverting project.
Let us know how it goes.

Need Kinkos Color Copies and a Printing Company in Hong Kong's Kowloon Wan Chai or Central?
Hong Kong is probably one of the most foreigner friendly Asian cities in all of the Orient. Maybe it's because of the mixing of cultures and perspectives with the English. Maybe because it's the gateway between the great China and the rest of Asia including Korea and Japan.
As low as the cultural and language barrier is between Hong Kong's native Cantonese speakers and foreigners and expats are, when it comes to business, the slightest misunderstandings lead to large and expensive problems. This holds true in printing and color copies that you need produced for your meetings, conferences, expositions and trade shows.
If you've tried working at a Kinkos to get your color copies or printing done ( see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBhxbNt6hMk ), You'll experience two problems. You either have to invest your own time into doing it yourself or you have to try to get the attention of a very busy customer service person you can't really communicate with.
To resolve that problem, simply work with a team that's native English speaking. Contact http://247printingasia.com/hong-kong for delivery to Kowloon, Wan Chai, Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, and all over Hong Kong. They specialize in medium to large run printing projects like brochures, magazines, catalogs, flyers, textbooks, reports, and annual reports.

Trade Show Displays: Why Yours Sucks
Original Post: Trade Show Displays and Conversion
Ever notice that you're the last one to realize you've got snot in your nose? Ever notice that you're the last one to realize that you lost your sun glasses on top of your head? Well, the same phenomenon occurs while you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars building your custom trade show booth.
You're the last one to realize that nobody gets what you do.
Seriously. You've walked passed thousands of exhibits over your professional career and never stopped to ask for more information from that team that'd be happy to pour you a glass of wine or beer. That's because they didn't realize they were invisible either. And that's because they didn't mean anything to you.
Well, you're doing the same thing to the people who foot traffic their way by your expensive booth. You might think you're doing well because you've put up your logo in 3,000 pt text. But does your logo immediately communicate your latest marketing push or business direction? If it doesn't, how do you expect it to generate this response: "Hi, I think you might be exactly what our company was looking for."
That IS the goal, isn't it? Ask a Adwords Consultant
Your goal is to meet people you're strategically aligned with and yet you don't even communicate your mission. That's like standing on a 6 way round about intersection without even holding up a thumb to imply which way you're going.
So try a bit of messaging. Make it clear and concise. Then, edit and delete 20% of the verbage. Repeat 5 more times until you're left with two to five total words. If you're a startup in tech, try something like, "Solving monetization for apps." If you're a medical device maker try, "Artificially making organs." If you're a fashion company, try, "Durable yet sheek urban wear."
make what you do clear and 100% of the people who pass you by will either ask for more information or pass you by and not even steal a Hershey's kiss because they could immediately tell there was no alignment between you and your Adwords consultant.
